17-year-old men accused of intimately assaulting 12, 13-year-old girls at underage consuming celebration
RACINE COUNTY (WITI) — Two teenage guys have now been charged associated with the alleged assault that is sexual of girls, many years 12 and 13 that took place the Village of Waterford. A man that is thirdn’t yet been formally charged, or made their initial look in court.
Those charged consist of:
- 17-year-old Michael Schleicher of Rochester
- 17-year-old Nicholas Colburn of Waterford
Formal fees have not yet been filed against a 3rd guy, age 21.
Schleicher faces a felony cost of repeated intimate attack of the identical kid (at the least three violations of very first or 2nd level intimate attack).
Colburn faces a felony fee of very very very first level intimate attack – sexual connection with an individual beneath the chronilogical age of 13.
A complaint that is criminal in this situation claims Racine County Sheriff’s officials talked with all the mom of a 13-year-old woman who’d admitted to staying at an underage drinking party where she involved in sexual activity with 17-year-old Schleicher. The so-called celebration happened final Friday, February 13th at Nicholas Colburn’s house within the Village of Waterford.
